The kaiseki course, which includes handmade soba noodles, started with fried food, bowls, soba noodles, sashimi, and water confectionery, and was designed to make the soba noodles delicious.Using buckwheat flour from Sunagawa, Hokkaido, you can enjoy the strong texture of the thin noodles that are struck at a ratio of 1 to 9.Please enjoy the new sense of soba that inherits the pros and cons.

The interior of the store is based on white, and the entrance is all glass, making it an open space with warm sunlight.Please enjoy the soba kaiseki in a relaxing space like an adult retreat.
