Grilled dish: Southern-style seared autumn mackerel with grated daikon radish and lime.

Steamed dish: Steamed egg custard with sea bream and pureed grilled eggplant.

- Light meal: Soba noodles with pureed Kujo green onions, or soba noodles in a bamboo steamer.
